Join us for a Group Visit!

Thank you for your interest in Iona University's Group Visits. We are looking forward to welcoming your group to campus.  By submitting a Group Visit Request form, I confirm that I have read and understand the following Group Visit Policies: 

Groups Eligible to Visit 
Group tours are for high school students (grades 9-12) only and must include a minimum of 10 students and a maximum of 40 students. Groups of 9 or fewer should register students individually for a daily Campus Tour and Information Session at www.iona.edu/visitus  
 
Timely Arrival 
Group tours are only offered on specific dates and times to accommodate larger groups within our daily campus visit schedule. Registration for group tours is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to arrive on time for your visit, and if necessary, please contact our office at 914 633 2622 if your group is running late. Any tours arriving 30 minutes after arrival time will forfeit information session and Q&A with admissions staff and any tour arriving 45 minutes after arrival time will not be able to take a tour. If you would like to request a different arrival time or special requests, please follow up with an email to spallas@iona.edu with the request.  
 
Cancellations 
We request that any cancellations to group tours are made at least 48 hours in advance by contacting our office at spallas@iona.edu. 

Chaperones 
Iona requires one chaperone for every ten students attending a group tour to ensure the safety of the group. 
 
Inclement Weather Information 
Tours are held regardless of weather and undergraduate admissions is unable to provide rain gear or umbrellas. In winter months, Iona University may be closed or have a delayed start. If the University is closed, all visits for that day are canceled. If the University is on a delayed start, your group tour start time may be impacted. A member of our staff will reach out in these instances to confirm the status of your visit and reschedule as needed. 

Transportation 
Transportation to and from Iona University’s campus is the responsibility of the visiting organization. Iona is easily accessible by public transport which you can find here: Maps & Directions | Iona University 

Confirmation 
Your visit will not be confirmed by submitting this form. A member of the Admissions staff will reach out with a final confirmation and itinerary.
